Parking information
Royal Station Hotel Car Park parking is very limited, and we are unable to reserve spaces.
The hotel has 19 car parking spaces spread across the front and rear of the hotel and chargeable at £19.50 per overnight and £8 for daytime use. Please get your parking pass from hotel reception upon arrival.
Adjacent to the hotel is Newcastle Central Station Long Stay Car Park which can accommodate over 400 vehicles and rates are as follows;
Monday – Friday at £17 for peak arrival times before 9:30 am | £7 for parking between 9:30 am and any time before 4:29 am the following day.

Exit the motorway onto the A186, follow the one-way system down Westgate Road and The Royal Station will be neighbouring the train station. Limited parking is available towards the front and rear of the hotel, which is chargeable at £19.50 per night. Please note, the hotel cannot reserve parking bays in advance, parking is on a first come, first served basis.
The Royal Station Hotel is located in the perfect position to get here by all local North East bus routes. We are also just a 15-minute walk from Monument / Haymarket bus stations.
Newcastle Central Station is next door to our hotel, we also have Newcastle Central Metro giving access to all routes on the Tyne-Wear metro easily accessible.
