As part of our check‑in process, we kindly ask all guests to present a valid form of photo ID on arrival.
This helps us ensure the safety and security of everyone staying with us and confirms that the correct guest is checking in. Accepted forms of ID include:
– Passport
– Driving license (United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland only)
– National ID card
– Any other official photo identification
Please make sure to bring this with you to avoid any delays at check‑in. At check-in, we place a temporary hold on your credit or debit card when you arrive of £50. This isn’t a charge—just a refundable hold that ensures any incidental costs (like room service or minibar items) are covered during your stay. The amount is released automatically after checkout.

Express LED Face Mask Glow Ritual
Express LED Face Mask Glow Ritual is subject to availability. The LED face mask is provided for exclusive use for up to 24 hours during your stay and remains the property of the hotel. The mask must be returned to the front desk at the end of the 24-hour period or on check-out, whichever is sooner. A credit card pre-authorisation will be taken at check-in, and any items removed, lost or damaged will be charged at the equivalent replacement value.
Robe and Slippers
Package is subject to availability. Robes are provided for use during your stay and remain the property of the hotel. Any items removed from the room may be charged at the equivalent replacement value.
Late Check-Out
Late check-out is subject to availability and available until 12pm, subject to availability. If late check-out cannot be accommodated, the charge will be refunded in full.
